My brother and I flew alone quite a bit and I don&#039;t remember a flight attendant having to accompany us, but I guess we were just flying between San Francisco and Los Angeles. (More often we took a Greyhound bus, which was cheaper but took a lot longer and was much, MUCH sketchier.) We didn&#039;t think much of it, but now that I&#039;m a mom, I can&#039;t imagine putting my kids on a plane or bus without me. Ack, indeed!</description>
